Day 10 :: Beautiful moment in time

No picture.
I had the most amazing moment and my camera wasn’t with me to capture. In truth the camera wouldn’t have done it justice as it was both what I was looking at as well as what I was listening to that aligned to perfection!

7:30 am
Walked down to the beach from my house.
Soundtrack: One Cello x 16: Natoma by Zoe Keating

The air is cold and crisp. The sun rising, making it’s way through abundant wispy clouds.

Arrive at the beach and the waves are HUGE, and there are lots of them. A surfer riding one of them to perfection, playfully, the music was uncanny how perfectly it went with the scene. I was moved to tears with what I imagine was quite a silly smile on my face.

Continued to walk along the coast and felt so lucky to witness such a bold display of waves. They were prolific, wave after wave… all big. Spray coming off them, then eventually making their way to the rocks and crashing so mightily that seaweed and water would shoot up in the air at least 10 feet above where I was on the cliff.

Magnificent. Awed. Humbled.

An absolutely beautiful moment in time.

Thanks!
